 Welcome to my website. I am Brian Copping, a gifted, committed communicator with an outstanding ability to create and facilitate a safe, powerful, practical real estate transaction.
As well as holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a marketing major, I am a consistent member of the RE/MAX 100% Club and a recipient of the Platinum Club award, the highest sales honor that a RE/MAX Realtor can achieve.
Having brokered over a thousand condominium sales over the last 25 years, I also personally experience condominium living as an owner-occupant, investor, property manager, board member and occasional industry spokesperson.
My passion is to put pleasure in the process when it’s time to buy or sell. My extensive experience in the condominium market enriches the experience for the Buyer and the Seller relative to the condominium lifestyle.
Selling or buying a condominium isn’t like any other real estate transaction. There are recent changes, separate rules, by-laws and other conditions surrounding the actual unit and the common property that require extra knowledge and skills, and you’ll likely need the people and resources to help you. I am one of those people with the know-how and the resources.
